Kitchen Remodeling Project - Finn Family
The Finns loved to cook and entertain, so they wanted a versatile kitchen that could handle a crowd. They also desired an infusion of charm and style that they could enjoy every day. We worked closely with the owners to come up with a plan that would serve them well now and many years down the road.
New lighting plan, which was ideally balanced and a pleasure to look at, worked well in this project. The wall color turned out light and airy and made for a very inviting space.
New kitchen highlights:
Tile floor in kitchen, front hall, pantry, and laundry room
Cherry cabinets with medium stain, with matching granite counter tops and backsplash
Light, textured walls with new lighting plan
All new appliances to modernize the space
Open floor plan for large gatherings
Special vent hood art was created by Gary to complement the other materials. The backsplash art was the same material as the counters, but used 12x12 tiles. This way, the material could be installed behind the vent hood wall and to the top of the ceiling.
